Application and Formication of Memberships
These terms and conditions apply to any agreement relating to your proposed membership. This Agreement is governed and construed according to the laws of England and Wales and you agree with us that any matters arising should be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts. Memberships can be terminated should there be any criminal offense or altercation.
Data Protection
The information obtained from this order will be retained and may be used by us or our group companies or our sponsors for the purpose of sending you details of any promotion or other goods that we have on offer from time to time. If you do not want your information to be held or processed for these purposes, please contact the Coaches Association.
Newsletter
As part of the membership a newsletter will be distributed. If you do not wish to receive this newsletter, please contact the Coaches Association to unsubscribe. By putting forward an article for publication on the website, you grant the Coaches Association permission to publish the content. . The rights will always lie with the author.
General
Your statutory rights apply.
We permit you to retrieve and display the content from our websites on a computer screen, print individual pages on paper and store pages in electronic format on disc for your personal use.
